We continue to strictly follow all universal precautions as recommended by the CDC and OSHA for patient care, sterilizing instruments, disinfecting rooms and the entire office.

We have increased frequency of disinfections of high traffic areas.
•
We limit the number of people in our reception area and in the operatories.
•
Doctors and team members have additional personal protective equipment approved by CDC, ADA, and WHO including face shields, gowns, and masks.

We work actively to ensure our doctors, dental team and patients are covid-19 symptom free.
•
We have invested in state-of-the-art technologies such as surgical grade air filtration systems, air purifiers and advanced intraoral and extraoral suction systems to reduce aerosols, filter and clean the air constantly during the day.
Each night the air and every surface of the entire office is disinfected with an OZONE Disinfectant System.
We have upgraded our rooms with HEPA filter vacuum systems during procedures to reduce aerosols created during procedures.
Surgical Clean Air (JADE)
There are six stages of technology used in the Surgically Clean Air Purifier.
1.
The pre-filter stage catches the largest particles as room air is drawn through the intake chamber. The anti-biotic pre-filter prevents most bacteria and germs from growing.
2.
The dual-stage electronic precipitator stage captures particulate down to 0.01 microns in size, 15,000 times smaller than a human hair. In the ionizing section of the precipitator, billions of microscopic particles become electronically charged as they pass through the powerful electrical field. The collector plates in the precipitator immediately attract and contain these "charged" particles.
3.
The activated carbon filter and molecular sieve stage absorbs odors, chemicals and gases.
4.
The photo-catalytic stage captures residue from destroyed organic VOCs, bacteria and viral organisms.
5.
The dual high intensity, U.V.(ultraviolet) chamber not only disables the DNA of viruses and bacteria, it utterly destroys them.
6.
Before the pure, clean air is circulated back into the room, the air is revitalized with negative ions. Negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain

resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness and more mental energy.
What to expect at your next appointment:

Prior to your appointment:

You will receive a confirmation email, text, or call (to your preference).
•
During the confirmation of your reserved time you will be asked questions to verify that you are not experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
On the day of your appointment:
1.
Contact the office upon your arrival to the parking lot. We ask that you stay in your car until a team member comes to get you personally. Please wear your protective mask into the office.
2.
Upon entry, we will have a station set up to:

Sanitize your hands
•
Put on your sanitized protective eye wear
•
Take your temperature
•
Review the COVID-19 consent form and screening questions
3.
From there we will take you directly to your room to avoid anyone in the reception area
4.
Your appointment:
•
We will go over your procedure with you and offer a pre-pay option to avoid stopping at the front desk after your appointment
•
We will have you rinse with antiseptic mouth rinse
•
We will document your temperature and answers to screening questions
•
YOU WILL RECEIVE THE BEST DENTAL CARE AROUND!

We will schedule you for you next visit before you leave
•
We will ask that you sanitize your hands before leaving the room
•
You will be able to check out with the receptionist if necessary
